I'm Siavash (Sia), and I've spent years in industrial sales and business development across Alberta — working in oil and gas, service companies, and small businesses.
That background taught me something: the biggest inefficiencies in most businesses aren't in the big systems. They're in the day-to-day — the proposals that take half a day, the reports nobody automates, the follow-up emails that fall through the cracks.
I built Sia Systems to fix exactly that. I combine real business experience with practical AI tools to build automation that actually fits how you work — not how a software company wishes you worked.

Not at all. We handle everything technical. Your job is to tell us how your business works — we handle the rest, in plain language the whole way through.
We use whatever fits your business — not a one-size-fits-all stack. Common tools include AI platforms like Claude and ChatGPT, automation tools like Make and Zapier, and integrations with software you already use (CRMs, email, Google Workspace, etc.).
Most automation projects are scoped between $1,500 and $5,000. They typically pay for themselves within 30–90 days. We'll always give you a clear number before any work begins.
No ongoing fees to us. Some third-party tools (like automation platforms) have small monthly costs — usually $20–$100/month. We'll be upfront about this during scoping.
We don't start building until you've approved a clear plan. But if something isn't working as expected after delivery, we fix it — no arguments.
We're based in Calgary and serve all of Alberta. We prefer in-person for the first meeting, but remote works too for clients outside the city.
